A poster entitled “SADL: A Size-Adaptive Decision Layer for Chronic Stroke Lesion Segmentation in ISLES 2026” (Marek Wodzinski, Gniewosz Drwiega, Wojciech Szymanski) was presented during the SWITCH+ workshop, held in conjunction with MICCAI 2026 in Strasbourg, France, as part of our contribution to the ISLES 2026 challenge.
