A talk presenting my contribution to the Brats-Path Challenge was given during the MICCAI 2024 in Marrakech, Morocco.
We applied the ProvGigaPath model for the automatic classification of glioblastoma regions to solve the problem related to small number of training samples and low training set heterogeneity. The contribution scored the 1st place!
