BigPicture

The goal of the BigPicture project is to create the largest digital pathology repository in Europe, allowing patients to benefit from large-scale knowledge and the associated usage of artificial intelligence. My role in the BigPicture project is related to developing the artificial intelligence methods dedicated to automatic whole slide images registration and content-based image retrieval.

The project has received funding from the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Joint Undertaking under grant agreement No 945358.
